Mamakating Farmers Market Vendor Applications 2023

We are looking for a handful of specific vendors to add the final touches to this year’s market, link to vendor applications is below. If you are or know of a food/agricultural market vendor looking for a professional, relaxing Friday night market. Please give us a consideration.

• Our hours of operation are 4 pm to 7 pm Fridays, May 26th, through Sept 29th.
• We provide professional musicians for the entire season with a seating area for market patrons to enjoy.
• In addition, we have an impressive advertising reach, including but not limited to A Full-size billboard on Rt 17, Radio advertising, newspaper & print, Arts & Leisure publications as well as social media, web exposure, and more.

We are specifically searching for the following:

• • Dairy Milk and/or Goats Milk
  • Meat Jerky
  • Vinegar
  • Mustards
  • Canned Peppers or other Canned Goods

Interested vendors should be able to provide applicable state licenses for their products.

Liability Insurance for foodstuffs and produce (we suggest the Food Liability Insurance Program)

Have the ability to commit to a 19-week season.

We are opening Mamakating Farmers Market to a limited number of part-time craft and artist vendors to gently round out the offerings for our 2023 season, link to vendor applications is below. If you are or know of a talented craft vendor looking for a professional, relaxing Friday night market without the restraints of a full-season commitment. Please give us a consideration.

• Our hours of operation are 4 pm to 7 pm Fridays, May 26th, through Sept 29th. We request that craft vendors commit to one or two weeks throughout the season.
• We provide professional musicians for the entire season with a seating area for market patrons to enjoy.
• In addition, we have an impressive advertising reach, including but not limited to A Full-size billboard on Rt 17, Radio advertising, newspaper & print, Arts & Leisure publications as well as social media, web exposure, and more.

We are searching for craft vendors and artists, that honestly craft their items, we are not accepting applications for brokered goods such as Tupperware, or novelty items.

Interested Vendors should be able to provide liability insurance, Artisans, Crafters & Nonfood  (we suggest ACT Insurance for Artists & Crafters)
